About the role
We are looking for a talented, outgoing, experienced accountant to handle day to day bookkeeping for our clients.
Your responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Write up and reconcile client records
Set up Bank feeds for clients in QuickBooks
Prepare adjusting journal entries
Prepare Financial statements
Skills and Experience
3+ years of Accounting experience
Have advanced experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
Experience in Karbon a plus
Accounting firm experience is a plus
Experience working with US small business is a plus
Have Strong Knowledge of MS Office
Have Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work independently
Have Excellent written and verbal communication skills
