We are looking for a Bookkeeper who has strong admin and Xero experience to perform a variety of bookkeeping and administrative tasks to support our Australian client's operations.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology/Management, Business Administration or any relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in Admin, Bookkeeping, Accounting, or a similar role
Proven work experience in admin and executive support
Strong Xero background and experience
Previous Australian working experience is highly regarded
Excellent attention to details
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness
Excellent communication skills
Strong English comprehension, both written and verbal
Relevant Duties
Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation
Responsible for client's accounts payable and receivable
Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in Xero, including posting payments received
Receive and review invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy and proper authorisation
Generate and issue invoices to customers
Monthly and quarterly executive reporting
Obtain necessary approvals for vendor payments and process payments
Code invoices to the appropriate expense accounts and departments for accurate financial reporting
Maintain organised records of vendor invoices, payments, and related documentation
Respond to and manage emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a timely and appropriate manner
Assisting management with scheduling of work tasks, ensuring setting and completion of deadlines on time
Other duties might be assigned from time to time

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
