Duties and Responsibilities:
• Invoice reconciliation
• Produce Statement of Accounts
• Budget reconciliation
• Reconciliation of business credit cards
• Reconciliation with bank accounts
• Manage multiple files, accounts and projects
• Follow up debtors
• Invoice generation and distribution
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Accounting or related
• Previous experience in a similar role
• 3- 5 years of experience using Xero
• Knowledge of Australian GST and financial management
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
• Knowledge in Receipt Bank would be an advantage
• Ability to adapt to new tools and software
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Loyal and enthusiastic
• Flexible and easily adapts with diverse businesses
• Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
