We have a number of clients looking for qualified Bookkeepers to meet the demands of a growing firm. Australian Bookkeeping experience is essential.
Job Description The role will primarily focus on completing bookkeeping activities.
Responsibilities
Daily bank reconciliation
Coding of transactions
AR and AP processing (Invoice and Bills processing)
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Payroll and payment processing
Monthly closing of books
Intercompany reconciliation
Balance Sheet reconciliation
Ad-hoc tasks and reconciliation requests from client
Monthly IAS Preparation
Quarterly BAS preparation
Requirements
Graduate BS Accountancy or Accounting related Degree
At least 1-2+ years Australian Bookkeeping work experience
Sound working knowledge of Xero, MYOB and other accounting software
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Can work independently with high attention to detail
Salary level will depend on technical skills and experience.
