Bookkeeper/Payroll Assistant (For an Australian Firm)
Join the team of one of BRW's growing Australian firms.
We are looking for a high-level Bookkeeper/Payroll Assistant in our Makati office.
YOUR ROLE:
The role is primarily a bookkeeping role but will be assisting with minimal administrative work.
Data entry including uploading and processing
Accounts Payable, expenses, credit card
Reconciliation of accounts and bank statements
Cash receipting
Invoice in iFirm ongoing FS revenue, monthly basis
Balance sheet reconciliation
Posting standing journals and associated work
Monthly reporting
Ad hoc spreadsheeting as required
YOUR S KILLS:
Analytical and detail oriented
Super organised
Ability to multitask
Tenacious
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, Business, Commerce, or other similar fields
With 3-5 years of experience in related experience
Experience in Australian Bookkeeping required
Strong Microsoft Office Applications skills
Experience in Xero
