What will you do?
Record day-to-day financial transactions.
Maintaining accurate and up-to date financial records using accounting software.
Maintaining accurate and up-to date financial records using accounting software ( Xero, MYOB).
Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all data is accurately accounted for.
Prepare and generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Preparation of Instalment Activity Statements and Business Activity Statements.
Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits.
Assist with month end/year end compliance, and annual reconciliations.
Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including tax withholdings and deductions.
Maintain employee records related to payroll and benefits.
