We are looking for a Bookkeeper Admin to work with our client based in UK.
The role needs strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
The role is expected to have regular and independent communication with management, peers in finance and other functions/business. You'll need to be pro-active, have a client-focused mind and create and maintain strong and effective relationships with the team.
Some of the job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Bookkeeping
Project management
Preparing systems documentation and manuals, as well as database and file management
Doing research on particular data, topics, and products
Create and sending quotations to clients
Email Management
Calendar Management ( includes booking of flights and hotels )
Data Base and File Management
Client Coordination
Data Entry
Phone Calls
Other Ad Hoc tasks
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Knowledge and experience in accounting-related tasks will be an advantage
Excellent English communication skills
Must be willing to work on a fixed UK Shift, Monday to Friday (3:30 PM to 11:30 PM MNL)
Temporary work from home but must be willing to work in our office at IBM Plaza Eastwood Libis, Quezon City once a month
