Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax documents. Collaborate with external accountant and auditors as needed.
Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing showroom and site supplies, coordinating appointments, and assisting in general team time-keep and showroom management.
Profitability Analysis: Collaborate with the management team to monitor project profitability and recommend pricing adjustments based on financial analysis and market trends.
Cash Flow Management: Play a crucial role in managing and forecasting cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability. Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and manage expenses effectively.
Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers and manage purchase orders and logistics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Proven experience (minimum of 2-3 years) in bookkeeping, financial analysis, and administrative tasks, preferably within an SME environment
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Knowledge of project profitability analysis and cash flow management is a plus
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial record keeping
Understanding of relevant accounting principles and tax regulations
