Qualifications:
1. Graduate of a four (4) year course
2. Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
3. Must have at least two-years work experience as Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant
4. Knowledge in the use of QuickBooks is an advantage
5. Hard working, trustworthy and honest
Scope of Work:
Recording of all payments and transactions and preparing a monthly balance sheet, income statement and a cash flow statements;
Receive cash payments;
Prepares a monthly schedule of expenses of different markets and monthly bank reconciliation;
Organize all payment schedules and payments made to suppliers and other payees;
Be the lead communicator for all financial matters, and request the company in all treasury concerns;
Handles the company's day to day office operations;
Takes calls, provides information or answers inquiries of clients and other parties;
Maintains supplies by checking stock and anticipating needed supplies;
Handles administrative tasks such as record keeping, file management and maintaining contacts and databases;
Prepares invoices, vouchers, billings and checks;
Follow up payments from clients;
And other tasks to be assigned to you.
