Responsibility for client Accounts Payable processing via Lightyear Accounts Payable Statement reconciliation & requesting of copy invoices The candidate, once trained on specifics of our processing requirements needs to work predominantly unsupervised in the Accounts Payable area within a short period of time. Xero bank reconciliation processing Accounts Receivable & Accounts payable invoices Payroll - processing in iPayroll Month end payroll reconciliations, building to a year end reconciliation Month end payroll reconciliations could be eliminated once the full concept of the process is understood Most important is attention to detail & a positive attitude.
