About the Role:
Working closely with the Team Manager, the duties and responsibilities of this position include but not limited:
Handle phone call and email queries from clients.
Maintain smooth and prompt communication flow with clients.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients that facilitate a great client experience.
Participating in client meetings and completing file notes.
Resolving client complaints.
Ensuring all client lodgements are up to date including PAYG withholding, superannuation, payroll tax, FBT, BAS and IAS.
Identify and implement efficiency improvements for clients.
Responsible for reconciliating the accounts and ensure the accuracy.
Responsible for managing the account of the clients.
Strong analytical skills to create detailed financial reports.
· Ability to work cordially within his/her teammates.
· Communicate with the client if the Supervisor is not available.
About the Candidate:
Candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
With Australian bookkeeping/accounting is a huge factor
At least 1-2 years related experience (external).
Strong analytical and accounting skills.
With BPO experience is a plus
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office specifically in Excel - Familiarity with shortcuts and formulas.
Excellent attention to details.
Knowledgeable in Cloud Accounting (XERO, Quickbooks, MYOB, etc.) is preferred
Demonstrate excellent English communication skills and a positive attitude.
Willing to learn the latest accounting software and other accounting essential system.
Can work with a team
Willing to work in Fairview, Quezon City from Mondays - Fridays / 7am-4pm
