Job title: Bookkeeper
Salary range: $800-$1,200/month (the salary will depend on the result of the interviews, assessments, and client's approval)
Schedule: M-F 8:30AM-5PM PST
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage payroll
Manage quarterly audits
Manage invoices
Knowledge about government filings, business insurance, vehicle insurance, etc.
File sales tax
Be compliant with rules of the state of California
Data management
Data entry
Onboard employees
Input employees in the payroll system
Create reports
Write up work orders
Accounts payable and receivable
Follow up with clients regarding payments
Ask clients for feedback
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper
Proficient in QuickBooks Online and in any CRM tool
Excellent English communication skills
Human Resources experience
