Position: Bookkeeper
Salary Range: 1,100 to 1,600 USD per month
Working Schedule: M-F, 9am - 5pm, EST / 9pm - 5am Manila

About the role:
The client t is seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team to maintain and monitor our financial records. In this role, you will be responsible for recording all financial transactions into the correct general ledger and verifying their accuracy. You will also be responsible for maintaining all financial records, completing required tax forms, processing payroll, and generating regular reports for upper management. Our ideal candidate has worked as a professional Bookkeeper for at least three years.
Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Review financial transactions for accuracy
Input transactions into the correct ledger
Reconcile bank and other accounts
Processing accounts receivable and payable
Complete required tax forms
Process company payroll
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration, accounting, finance or relevant field preferred
3+ years of bookkeeping experience
Proficient with QuickBooks Online, Gusto, and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and math skills
Knowledge of payroll and bookkeeping principles
Understand how to balance large bank accounts
