Responsible to assist the Body Paint Service Advisor in processing all BP Claims and documentation under Insurance.
Conducting follow-up calls to Insurance related to LOA issuance and check payment.
Ensure proper documentation and monitoring of insurance in related to LOA issuance, outstanding claims and check payment.
Monitoring and reconciling all Insurance receivables.
Coordinate with Insurance Company for arranging of parts to be released and schedule for pull-out.
College Graduate of any business or management course
With at least 1 year of work-related experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in English
Willing to do multi-tasking work.
Computer Literate
Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
