Job Description
Perform necessary services vessel might require prior arrival, at port , prior departure
-Collect arrival, daily disch/load departure report for email/fax to principals
-Advise cargo consignees of vessel's arrival by fax or email
-Prior vessel arrival, advise all port authorities (Quarantine/Customs/Immigration/Coastguard//PPA, etc) re vessel's ETA
-Attend to vessel entrance and clearance formalities.
-Monitor vessel operation and report to concerned parties.
-After sailing, Send load/discharge docs for sending via email/fax and courier if requested by Master / Principal.
-Update GAC Agent., where applicable
-Reply to inquiries from principals and prospective customers, regarding port information, estimated port disbursement, etc
-Gather data and information from various sources (such as port authorities, sub-agents, shippers, consignees, etc) which may be used as business intelligence
-Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Management.
-Sending daily discharging / loading update to principal / consignees
