Prepare plans and programs for the Engineering Service Unit ;
• Direct supervision on the overall operating strategies and plans for effective course of action;
• Perform maintenance and service of equipment, and recommend to the management the cost efficiency ways to improve performance of the radiology equipment;
• Perform annual calibration of all radiology equipment and prepare reports for submission to the concerned partner hospitals;
• Monitor the day to day activities of the assigned unit;
• Prepare annual budget requirements for the upgrading, maintenance and service of all radiology equipment
• Prepare training materials and conduct necessary training for Service Technicians;
• Evaluate and review the proposal of suppliers and the requirements of the clients pertaining to the technical aspects;
• Review the status report of staff per site and analyze lead time issues and provide solutions to the problems.
• Attend meetings/conferences for the development plans and programs.
