We are looking for a BIM Technician to join its growing team in the Philippines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Laying out plans, sections and details using AutoCAD from sketches and/or by verbal instructions
Management of the geotechnical database
Passion for BIM/CAD technologies with ability to promote these technologies and practices to increase user effectiveness
Customer Service oriented with commitment to working within a team environment
Serves as a Technician/Technologist within the architecture field, reports to architects, practice leader and BIM manager/coordinator
Assists in the development of alternate solutions and design options in support of project BIM team
Communicates and collaborates with the full multi-disciplinary BIM design team and others
Assists in the development of work products such as specifications, drawings, specifications and illustrative graphics in the architecture practice area
Supports design architects and associates
Performs local authority interface and administration
REQUIREMENTS
Associate and Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Associates, Design, Architecture, Technology, Technical, Drafting, or Civil Engineering.
With at least 4-7 years relevant experience.
Experience in lifecycle management of BIM models.
Flexible to adopt appropriate drawing standards and protocols to suit project requirements.
You will have extensive 3D modelling experience on a variety of infrastructure projects.
Philippine Nationals only.
While the role is remote based, the candidate must be living in the Philippines.
Bilingual skills in English and Filipino are required.
