We are currently looking for a BIM Manager to join our growing team.
As a BIM Manager, you will be working closely with design staff, defining standards for architectural design software, using existing standards, providing upper-level support for organizing project data, developing custom procedures, working closely with the leaders, keeping updated on the new trends in the architectural design industry, and participating in meetings. In addition to this you will typically report to a Technical director.
Your primary responsibility is to manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all related BIM projects, files and models, for both our Commercial and Industrial groups. This will include the development of a work plan/roadmap for the development, implementation, and quality assurance checks needed for full BIM integration with the company projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support users in developing knowledge and skills related to Revit, BIM and latest industry standards and best practices, and apply them to the projects.
Responsible for developing and implementing BIM workflow and driving standard usage of BIM and Revit within and outside the firm.
Oversee the use of BIM/Revit software firm-wide, including installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting all BIM installations as well as analyzing and solving BIM user issues.
Support project start-up coordination, helping teams develop strategies for effective delivery of quality documents, and set-up each project, thereby ensuring that each one is set up correctly.
Interface with construction firms for BIM related activities in Design-Build projects and construction coordination where needed.
Support project teams in utilizing the BIM Execution Plan.
Work with Communities of Practice to identify, test and suggest ways for us to better leverage BIM technology.
Interface with partner architecture firms to support shared use of BIM model where needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
With at least 7+ years of post degree experience

Have a thorough understanding of computer systems and applications.
Experience in Document Management.
Experience with importing and exporting metadata from models into lifecycle management tools.
Experience in lifecycle management of BIM models.
Familiarity with industry standards & codes.
Knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection tools.
Knowledge of Sketch Up, Rhino, Maya, 3d Max and other 3D modeling platforms.
Knowledge utilizing Point clouds for content verification and creation in 3D tools.
Experience in BIM 360 suite.
