ACCIONA, in its Construction Business is looking for a BIM Manager based in Philippines.

Functions:
Preparation, review, assessment and internal approval of relevant BIM deliverables. Key person/ manages team of BIM specialists and coordinators.
Responsible for BIM Standards development, implementation and enforcement in compliance with ISO 19650-1/2.
Determine the timetable for BIM uses, model sharing and quality control checks.
Facilitate information and data exchange both internally and externally.
Implement, manage and maintain the Common Data Environment.
Report to the Technical Manager and communicate requirements for new software tools to optimize workflows and increase project's profitability.
Own the planning, execution and delivery of the assigned BIM project.
Automate routines in BIM to support standards and productivity.
Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company & project BIM standards
Liase with the Appointing Information Manager
Liase with Appointed BIM Managers
Coordinate and provide guidance to the Project's Consultants and Sub-Contractors BIM Managers
Lead Weekly BIM Design Meetings
Attend Weekly Progress Meetings
Asegurar que la información que necesite ser integrada según requisitos (ej. riesgos, reclamaciones, costes, planificación, albaranes, etc.) sean compatibles, consistentes y precisos, y que cumplan con los requisitos de información del proyecto.
Assist project teams with preconstruction services, to ensure timely model delivery and drawings approval.
Validate the adequacy of common project data structures (e.g. WBS, file coding system, common data environment, exchange procedures, etc.).
Train and oversee the day-to-day activities of the BIM Coordinators
Determine the timetable for BIM uses, model sharing and quality control checks.
Chair the company's BIM committee
In-depth knowledge of the BIM requirements of the project, as well as the methods and procedures for the production of information.
Report on the company's current and projected state in regards to BIM implementation
Create, upgrade and deploy strategies for BIM Implementation
Assess : evaluate the project current workflow, strategies, budgets, projects, staffing, etc. ;
Create and mobilise the BIM execution plan, ensuring compliance by the entire project team.Allocate and dispatch daily BIM tasks for assigned project (schedule, roles, and responsibilities)
Resolve disputes and performance deficiencies, and notify the Technical Manager
Provide feedback during performance evaluation for assigned resources
Promote the company's values and reward employees demonstrating supportive behaviors
Manage contractual and legal guidelines
Requisitos del candidato
Required skills and competences:
12 years experience
Civil engineer. Master of BIM training will be a plus.
Advance english level (C1)
Availability to travel
