Job Description
The Project Automation Specialist I provides local project support MasterPlantTM or other enterprise project automation technology. These technical specialists provide intermediate level of end user project support, project configuration, or special project modifications required.
Provide technical configuration and office support for the MasterPlantTM technology in conjunction with the office Automation Manager
Employ effective knowledge sharing behaviors in the use of Fluor's knowledge management portals and communities
Work with the Project Information Manager (PIM) to analyze any technical implementation or configuration issues for the MasterPlantTM technology
Collaborate with a more senior Project Automation Specialist (PAS) to analyze and evaluate the MasterPlantTM technology support and implementation requirements
Provide routine end user office support, project setup and configuration or special project modifications required for the automation technology utilized
Assist Information Technology (IT) in evaluating technology impact to Fluor infrastructure and systems

Basic Job Requirements
More than five (5) years of experience in EPCM industry/projects (Include Manufacturing / Construction).
Develop and implement Project BEP
Experience in at least one of the following project roles: BIM Manager / BIM coordination, Excellent team leadership to lead a BIM team for design and production. Understanding of BIM and ability. Expertise in the following: BIM Collaboration tools e.g. (BIM 360, ProjectWise), Design authoring/review/automation tools e.g. (AutoDesk Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD Plant 3D) Technical capability of BIM LOD designation. Experience in multidiscipline coordination, 3D modelling, Model Setup, Management and troubleshooting,
BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
Scan to BIM (Point Cloud to Revit)
Shop Drawing Documentation
Clash Management
Construction simulation and Quantity take-off (Navisworks & Revit)
Preferred Qualifications
Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering or computer science is preferred or equivalent technical experience
At least 5 years in a BIM Management role
At least 5 years of experience with Revit MEP and Naviswork Manage specializing in MEP Engineering or equivalent
Detailed knowledge of MEP/HVAC systems.
Required essential skills: Advanced knowledge of Revit MEP / AEC, Bentley AECOsim, Navisworks Manage, BIM360, CDE's.
Required preferable skills/knowledge: Dynamo Studio, Fabrication CADmep, MagiCAD, SysQue, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, COBie, MEP prefabrication, production of BoQ's / BoM's utilizing Revit, etc, knowledge of ISO 19650 & ISO9001:2015
