Daily Research Responsibilities:
Demonstration of BIM content to customers
Classification of products to Uniclass, CAWS, masterformat and other classification systems.
Authoring of complex parametric BIM objects in Revit.
Authoring of IFC content.
Authoring of ArchiCAD BIM Objects
Understand and share knowledge on BIM standards
Defining IFC Building Smart schema.
Degree in a construction-related discipline.
Ideally with 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
This is a full-time role, and successful candidates will work in a hybrid setup.
Must be able to start working and undergoing training right away.
Must be willing to work a day shift (10 AM - 7 PM, Manila Time).
Prior experience working with the UK market is beneficial.
Knowledge of the construction industry and BIM.
Professional communication (written & verbal)
Good knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Autodesk AutoCad or other BIM software's.
Meticulous & strong attention to detail.
Ability to create complex parametric Digital Objects.
Knowledge of a BIM delivery process and information management process.
