Oversee the entire billing process and ensure accurate and timely invoicing of clients
Evaluate, develop, and improve department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency
Review and analyze billing support processes and identify areas for improvement.
Reconcile billing accounts to the general ledger, interfacing with the accounts receivable, credit/collections, and client purchasing departments
Monitor accounts to ensure reduction of overdue, denied claims, short payments, and underpayments of claims
Build and maintain relationship with clients
Provide solutions to complex billing issues as they occur
Train and lead a team of billing specialists and provide leadership and support
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting course.
With at least five (5) years of management and work-related experience in construction or manufacturing firm
At least one (1) year experience in a leadership role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in SAP system is a must
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Good decision-making abilities
