This role will make a difference to our business and team by ensuring accurate processing of accounts receivable, creating invoices, preparation of credit notes and preparation of credit reports where required across branches.
Key Challenges:
Dealing with client complaints and queries.
Dealing with a high volume of interactions and queries from Project Leaders (main client base)
Meeting Corporate deadlines whilst relying on multiple stakeholders and information sources.
Deliver high quality and accurate invoices/schedules and clearly communicate requirements/queries.
Establishing effective, professional working relationships with Project Leaders, Engineers and External Clients.
Key Accountabilities:
Preparation of monthly invoices and issuing to clients using the vision accounting system
Running Batches of Draft invoices and issuing to Engineers on a weekly basis
Adjusting Billing schedules where required
Maintaining scheduled invoices report through the use of the Activities function in Vision and reviewing monthly for additions or removals
Adjustments of Contracts and Revenue in vision as required
Preparation of Attachments/Schedules to accompany invoices as required
Other general duties as required/delegated by Team Lead and Manager
Qualifications:
Must have experience using SAP or ORACLE
Good communication skills
Background in US or AU Account
Relevant experience as an Accounts Assistant
