To ensure all the information is correct in invoices in line with the contract and what we have delivered.
To ensure verification and readiness of the supporting documents with invoices, getting them printed/approved/signed before we submit them to customers.
Responsible for monitoring of resolution if there is an error or dispute related to invoices.
To ensure invoices are delivered to customers punctually and acknowledgments are signed and returned by customers. Sometimes may require a physical visit as well.
To be able to handle work-related problems independently and only refer complex problems to a superior.
Any other ad-hoc responsibilities as and when required.
Qualifications:
· At least 2 years of experience in the Finance/ IT industry
· Education: Bachelor's in Finance or Accountancy/related field
· At least advance knowledge of Billing and Collections
· Has hands-on experience with physical managing of documents and creating reports
· Capable of talking to Clients.

Responsibilities:
To ensure all the billing and invoicing of customers.
To ensure all the information is correct in invoices in line with the contract and what we have delivered.
To ensure verification and readiness of the supporting documents with invoices, getting them printed/approved/signed before we submit them to customers.
