About the role: The position is structured under a Philippines based Team Leader who reports to the Billing Manager. The responsibilities span supporting customer facing enquiries to back of office support of our billing systems. The Billing Team plan an integral role in the billing fulfillment of the products we sell, updating the system with customer onboarding & offboarding and ensuring timely and accurate billing. In this role you will also be supporting customers directly by phone and email in all facets of billing to meet their business needs. CommsGroup focus on next generation products and have an aggressive acquisition-based growth model which both regularly introduces new systems and billing requirements to the business. Our ideal candidate will be a highly adaptable individual with great customer service skills and good attention to detail. Responsibilities: Current Support Respond to customer contacts and manage client incidents via phone and email Take ownership of customer issues and manage to completion Communicate professionally and effectively Comprehensively document customer interactions Identify and implement strategies to reduce enquiries & disputes Monthly Billing Support Support end of month bill run processes Identify and fix rating errors Run and provide reports to the business on monthly billing, identifying changes and sharing insights Onboarding and Offboarding Support the sales team in onboarding and offboarding customers Support the provisioning team in the billing fulfillment of service activation and disconnection Rate Plan Implementation Create and update plans to deliver bespoke customer pricing Implement pricing refreshes to deliver pricing updates across customer base. Documentation and Process Improvement Document & regularly review internal processes Identify and implement process improvements Projects Manage project-based work in conjunction with day to day operational tasks Apply expertise to solving billing and system-based challenges Revenue Assurance Carry out audits to ensure our service billing is in line with our upstream suppliers. Essential Qualifications and Experience Excellent written and spoken English Able to communicate professionally and document information in a clear & concise way High degree of client advocacy, ability to build rapport and focus on positive client outcomes 3+ years customer facing support experience in a technology-based field Strong analytical ability with great attention to detail Highly adaptable to change with good problem-solving ability Exceptional time management with demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines Ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize tasks Pro-active in identifying and resolving potential issues Proven ability to take initiative and drive continuous improvement Demonstrable commercial awareness Familiar with MS Office suite, notably Outlook & Excel Desirable Telco industry experience Telco/utility billing experience Working Environment Part of a small dynamic team Travel flexibility with some remote working options Occasional evenings and weekends may be required around monthly bill runs and project deadlines
