JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop in-depth understanding of billing system functionality.
Setting up of new Managed Services Agreement in Business Central, One touch control and the different billing platforms and keeping a record of it.
Updating for any financial implication of amendment to Managed Services Agreement in Business Central, one touch control and keeping a record of it.
Process consumption reports in ServiceNow, One Touch Control, and Business Central in an accurate and timely manner.
On-time customer invoicing in Business Central and billing platforms for all ad-hoc services, hardware sales, and recurring items.
Communicate effectively with other employees that play a role in the billing functions in all areas of the business.
Work closely with supervisor to ensure operational procedures are followed.
Partner with internal partners to resolve billing issues and follow up on unbilled issues.
Accomplishes billing departmental objectives by maintaining metrics.
Monitor billings email box and directing email as they arise.
Provide training and coaching when needed.
Other Administration/ Accounts project work as required.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, business or equivalent
At least 3+ years of relevant working experience in billing
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language
Keen attention to details and effective organization skills
Proficient ability to detect errors and inconsistencies
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Strong customer service focus
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines
Strong problem resolution skills
Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
High attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities
Dedication to quality and a sense of personal responsibility
Self-motivation and results-driven
