Responsibilities
Handles Ikea and Truckers billing reconciliation and validation by checking with Ikea system and coordination with Operations.
Ensures that all pertinent agreed charges are being billed to Ikea.
Checks trucking and other charges billed by the trucker if correct and accurate with coordination with Operations.
Checks charges billed by suppliers if correct and accurate with coordination with Operations.
Checks and validates claims received from Ikea if confirmed chargeable or not.
Monitor claims charges filed against trucker in coordination with LT Claims/ Billing and Admin team.
Maintain and update all reports needed by Ikea and Management.
