.Prepare monthly accrual for all cold storage operation billings .Countercheck billing with transfer documents and movement reports by cold storages .Cross-check reports compared to system inputs in the system and validate against documents .Coordina .Prepare monthly accrual for all cold storage operation billings .Countercheck billing with transfer documents and movement reports by cold storages .Cross-check reports compared to system inputs in the system and validate against documents .Coordinate with providers on documentation requirements and ensure completeness of attachments in order to process billings on time .Conduct regular inventory audit across all cold storages (quarterly) .Monitor product loss and flag irregularities within the operation including but not limited to: DDR Reports vs. Truck Billing, Blast underload, system invoice quantity .Participate in the implementation of inventory system improvements .Monitor Internal Truck Hauling and process internal documents for cross charging and payments .Any other related task that may be given by the Immediate Superior Requirements: Education : Graduate of Accountancy or Equivalent Experience : with minimum 1 year working experience Special Skills : Has good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino Proficient in MS Office Applications/Google Workspace Has initiative & self-motivated Confident and analytical, Teamplayer Must be willing to do field work
