About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Associate to join our team at Taft Property Venture Development Corp. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Reconcile accounts receivable and ensure prompt payment collection
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing-related issues
Maintain detailed financial records and documentation
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
2-3 years of experience in a billing or accounts receivable role, preferably in the Accounting or Financial Accounting & Reporting industry
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with financial reporting and reconciliation processes
