Statement of the Job:
Responsible for billing and collections.
General Responsibilities:
Responsible for billing of all clients.
Prepare Statement of Account (SOA)
Responsible for collections of issued billings to principal clients every week
Monitor and prepare Aging Report per client and to be reported by Accounting Supervisor
Ensure the delivery of billing is well coordinated with the client
Monitor billing timeline that should be released 3-4 days after payroll
Responsible in safe keeping of SOA, 2307, or any related documents
Prepare collection report weekly
Prepare monthly collection summary (OR and AR)
Prepare quarterly incentive
Monitors issued billing statement and statement of accounts
Perform duties and responsibilities of utmost accuracy and confidentiality
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Finance, Accountancy, or any course
At least six months of billing / collection experience
Knowledgeable in billing and collection
To be assign in South Caloocan
