A. EDUCATION
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
B. WORK EXPERIENCE
Must have at least 1-year related work experience in the same industry.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and send Statement of Account to Unit Owners/Tenants
Prepare Statement of Account Summary
Issue Provisionary Receipt and Official Receipt to Unit Owners/Tenants
File BIR form 2307 (CWT) Deposit collection every day
Prepare Daily Collection Report Prepare Collection Summary
Prepare Notices to Unit Owners/Tenants
Maintain Unit Owners/Tenants Subsidiary Ledger
Remind Delinquent Unit Owners/Tenants
Prepare Accounts Receivable Aging
