We're hiring a Billing & Accounts Payable Specialist to help build a brand-new department at Parsel. This team member will manage financial operations while directly engaging with our customers. Because we're a small and dynamic team, there will also be times when you'll jump in to support other areas such as app support, merchant support, or dispatch.Key Responsibilities
Manage billing, invoicing, and accounts payable with accuracy and attention to detail.
Communicate directly with merchants and partner accounts in a professional, customer-first manner.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, digging deeper when numbers don't align.
Support financial analysis to understand merchant performance and business impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally and step in to support other departments when needed.
Help design and implement scalable processes for long-term efficiency.
