Description
Task and Responsibilities: The person is responsible for supporting our 'Daily Business' tasks. This includes the creation of invoices in our custom CRM system, as well as creation of Credit Notes, Cancellation fees, and payment codes. This information is based on data from our Sales Teams and suppliers
Qualifications:
The person must have good English and German written communication skills, can work in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, highly accurate and productive & can work independently with minimal supervision.
Possesses a strong attention detail, and at least 2 years of experience with Data Entry.
The person must be experienced in detailed work, including reconciliations, displays initiative, problem-solving skills, and preferably knowledge of reservation systems.
Can be native or non-native.
