The Mandarin Web Production Specialist is in-charge of building, maintaining, and updating pages of client websites - primarily Mandarin supported website, as well as in English. The role also entails managing and uploading files in the client's content management system (CMS).
Duties & Responsibilities:
Builds, maintains, and updates web pages on client's website
Creates HTML templates for client's e-mail campaigns
Communicates with clients regarding project clarifications and follow-ups
Uploads files to Client Content Management System (i.e. Sales Force, Sitecore)
Creates/uploads HTML Email Template code to SalesForce Pardot, Sitecore EXM, and/or other similar email blast online software
Converts HTML Email Template files to OFT and send to client
Updates and uploads content/videos to client's microsite
Reviews content received from clients for spelling or typo errors prior completing the request
Conducts initial investigation regarding errors/issues encountered
Archives email in MS Outlook by Client
Logs all tasks in Tachyon from start to end of the task
Updates Daily Task Tracker
Creates/documents all Client trainings, keeps record of process related discussions recording and builds working file/manual with process steps, tips and tricks, best practices, software technical know-how and any other documentation relevant for the role
Proctors and assists new associate assigned to the team
And other web production related tasks that may be assigned
