Services will impact member satisfaction and access to quality care by identifying member needs, uncovering obstacles to care, facilitating access to appropriate SCAN and community programs, and proactively assisting members with obtaining necessary healthcare services. Production Staff will act as a liaison among members, SCAN Health Plan, Provider Organizations, and community-based organizations WHAT WE LOOK FOR: Preferably with BPO / CSR experience under Healthcare Account Excellent communication skills and knowledge Fluency in Spanish and English is a MUST.
