-College Level
-Must be experienced at least 1-3 years in a voice account supporting US Based Medical Billing for either Provider or Member Facing Customer Service Support
-Preferred to have at least 1 year of experience in a Spanish Bilingual account
-Strong English, written and oral, communication skills.
-Advanced Computer Skills
-Must be highly organized with excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize activities effectively
