Job Summary:
The right candidate must be self-motivated and have high personal goals and objectives. The position requires exceptional customer service and organizational skills. This position will regularly interact with Spanish-speaking customers, so the ability to communicate fluently in Spanish (as well as English) is required. This position requires strong computer skills and some basic mechanical knowledge. You should be able to convert leads into sales and be a forward thinker.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering an outstanding monthly sales quota.
Competitive, upbeat, and self-motivated individuals who can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Handles both inbound and outbound calls through the use of our internal drivers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by offering our products and services until they've secured an auto-loan prequalification.
Contact prospective customers by phone.
Lead list for warm and cold leads
Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects.
Appointment setting
Contact prospects and customers to sell products and services.
Qualifications:
With at least 1 year of experience handling English-SPANISH bilingual account as a customer service representative
Ability to learn complex sales process
Effective follow-up with all your leads (50-100 calls a day)
Highly conversant in both Spanish and English.
Ability to work in a non-scripted environment and communicate with our clients and colleagues located in the US with ease.
Proficient in the use of MS Office (Teams, Outlook, and Excel) and basic system navigation.
Amenable to working on US Pacific Standard Time schedules and Philippine holidays.
INTERNET & HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS (EQUIPMENT WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY)
MUST have 2 monitors.
MUST have backup internet. (prepaid will do)
8 GB of system memory.
i3 processor or higher.
Fiber or highspeed internet of at least 20MBPs. (both upload & download)
Windows 10 with Google Chrome web browser installed.
USB headset.
Malware and virus-free/protected computer.
Skype account.
Valid government-issued ID/driver's license.
