Supports front line sales in the development of RFI/RFP proposals for new and existing business contracts that are either have a value of more than Php 10M per year or needs complex solutions that resulted from multi-service requirements. The position will support on the documentation, coordination and approval of both commercial and non-commercial stakeholders within Entrego.
Critical Accountabilities
Ensures alignment and completes documentation of approvals from various stakeholders for the solution to be offered.
Make sure onboarding documents are complete ie Contract, Service Agreement, Customer KYC and account creation
Monitor post onboarding to ensure that solutions and processes in the BOP and contracts are adhered to.
Review bid/RFQ/RFI documents and identifies non-standard customer requirements
Work with Solution design Manager to identify appropriate solutions to meet customers needs
Coordinates with sales manager in getting clarification on business requirements.
Work with yield and pricing team in pricing proposal
Ensure customer feedbacks are incorporated in succeeding pricing rounds.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Industrial Engineering
3 to 5 year experience in related field
Project Management
Intermediate knowledge on the following:
Excel
MS project/ Visio
Powerpoint
