Job Description
Supervise and lead a team of technicians
In charge in development of BIB preventive maintenance and support hardware
Coordinate to customer regarding BIB PM/Repair and modification activities, quality matters, involve in process improvement and development
To ensure compliance of BIB/hardware PM per required schedule
To ensure that BIB encoding is reliable for actual board versus recording system based on HMS and BILTS
Follow all rules and regulation and environmental procedures in carrying out daily activities
Shutdown the hardware whenever abnormalities had been encountered
Undertake other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superior from time to time

Qualification
College or Technical course graduate
Computer literate (MS office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferably with working experience in electronics/semiconductor company
Willing to work at extended hours (overtime)
Good communication skills in English (written and oral)
