The Benefiits Specialist executes the end to end government benefits application filing and administration. He/she ensures that all remittances/payments and approvals are made in line with the Company policies, processes and procedures. Processes the consolidation of monthly contributions for all brands Processes the payment of all consolidated remittances due for payment Ensures timely payment of monthly contributions. Penalties due to late payment will be charged to the person who caused the delay Coordinates, computes, submits and monitors payment and refund of all government benefits such as but no limited to maternity benefits, sickness benefits and other claims Prepares and releases certificate of contributions if needed Reports new Team Members and Separations based on the standard forms and timelines (SSS - R1A, Philhealth - ER2) Acts as the documents custodian for all receipts and reports of remittances to all government agencies across brands Processes in a timely manner all Team Member government claims Monitors and ensures reimbursement from SSS advanced claims to Team Members Attends to all claims, queries and tasks related to SSS Consolidation of monthly contributions for all brands Payment processing of all consolidated due for payment Ensures timely payment of monthly contributions. Penalties due to late payment will be charged to the person who caused the delay Executes registration of new Team members and issuance of 1902 Acts as a custodian and ensures proper filing of proof of payment for all statutory benefits Issuance of annual income tax (Form 2316) to all team members Ensures that the annual ITR is properly received and stamped by the BIR Addresses all claims, queries and tasks related to Income Tax of team members Ensures review, investigation and resolution of Team Member-related issues on remittances, claims and the like Keeps abreast and updated on latest advisories and updates on SSS, ECC, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth, BIR and other governmentals Ensures to communicate and implement in a timely manner the necessary updates for our Team Members Works and acts as the representative of People & Organization on any compliance-related projects or tasks requiring registration and documents on governmentals (SSS, HDFM, Philhealth, BIR, ECC) WORK LOCATION: Libis, Quezon WORK SET-UP: Onsite TYPE: Reliever / Project Based (5 months, with possibility of getting absorbed full time)
