Job Description:
1. Receives final acceptance form of hired applicants and issues list of requirements for them to comply; ensures the completeness of their pre-employment requirements; complete the registration of new employees as regards SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, TIN, and 201 files of new hires, and submits a copy to the Accounting Department, to facilitate their payroll and to avoid them being tagged as Voucher Employees; In charge of preparing all employment records such as contracts, endorsement, job descriptions, KPIs, etc.;
2. Conducts pre-employment, ISO and onboarding orientation for newly hired employees (and also OJTs); issues ID/uniforms and maintains ID/Uniform Logbook and inventory (Uniform Withdrawal Report); Responsible for biometric registration and ATM application of new hires; registers new employees for personal accident insurance (if applicable); maintains Staff House Logbook for employees housed in company staffhouses; endorses newly hired employees to designated ddepartments with proper documentation;
3. Responsible for ensuring the completeness and the filing of 201 files; Updates the HRD Masterlist System and ensures its accuracy (all employees and OJTs must be encoded); conducts monthly reconciliation of HRD Masterlist System with Accounting Masterlist; issues Manpower Action Notice (MAN) for changes in position and updates the Masterlist system; Maintains and updates Sustainable Technical Employees List (list of registered and licensed engineers / professionals of the company);
4. Assists and coordinates with other members of the HRD;
