As ANZ Benefits Analyst you will support the Benefits Lead on the delivery of all Benefits initiatives and enhancements and actively provide data insights designed to improve the employee experience. Together with Lead you will ensure that Macquarie As ANZ Benefits Analyst you will support the Benefits Lead on the delivery of all Benefits initiatives and enhancements and actively provide data insights designed to improve the employee experience. Together with Lead you will ensure that Macquarie remains competitive in their offerings by identifying, measuring and reviewing our benefit offering. Business Responsibilities: Market research: Assist Benefits Lead with the ongoing review of market - collation of market data. Support Benefits Lead with understanding trends and themes in emerging benefits/leave policies to shape ANZ Benefits strategy Update Benchmarking spreadsheet regularly to ensure data and details are up to date Keep Benefits and DEI contact list up to date Keep competitor mapping up to date Review emerging Benefits and Leave policies in Aus. and NZ markets Responsible for collation of adhoc market data as requested by Benefits Lead - for example may include collation of data on future SGC increase approaches by competitors Reporting and Analysis: Create and keep updated Benefits request tracker Request, assess engagement data /utilisation rates from Macquarie Plus for Wellbeing benefits and other initiatives and Workforce Insights for Benefits and Leave policies Contribute and assist with preparation of market insights - work with Benefits Lead to determine best way to share and present insights to HRBPs Review Macquarie Voice, 100-day survey results, exit survey results Assist with the presentation and format of benchmark findings - review of current tools used Assist with analysis of data from Workforce Insights dashboards to assist with Benefit enhancements and utilisation assessment Review Macquarie Voice, 100-day survey results, exit survey results Analysis of monthly AL balances monthly and assist with creation of presentation of results to HRBP's Support Benefits Lead with needs assessment to determine best Benefit selection and design on needs of employees (by utilising Macquarie data such as Macquarie voice survey results) Engagement and promotion of Benefits activities: Work with Lead to further enhance and promote non-cash benefits currently provided by Macquarie Plus, ENG initiatives Assist with creation of ANZ Regional summary Benefits pamphlet to be drafted and then posted on Macnet and provided to Resourcing Team as a promotional tool. Assist with creating Benefits pamphlet to be included in new starters pack Support Benefits Lead with review of how we present Benefits on Macnet and Career pages. Assess videos and tools used by our competitors on their career pages etc Work with Benefits Lead to promote knowledge sharing and enhancing understanding pf Macquarie Benefit offering. Assist with organising employee education sessions for 2022 with external benefits suppliers - draft Workplace posts and coordinate attendance/registrations. Support the promotion of Benefits such as PL Transition coaching and Care for Kids portal - work together with Benefits Lead to improve awareness of such Benefits Business as Usual/Operational tasks: Support the Benefits Lead with the preparation, completion and analysis of Annual Benefit surveys and results. (Mercer and FIRG) Review/Audit all Leave and Benefit policies, Carer handbooks, Parental Leave handbook and resources on SharePoint and macnet to ensure up to date. review links, language, branding to ensure no discrepancies Update monthly Benefits activity spreadsheet Update ANZ Benefits SharePoint site with relevant articles etc as directed by Benefits Lead. Assist with the management of ANZ Benefits SharePoint site. Keep up to date list of all vendors - audit all SOW and MSA's on file to ensure up to date and current Keep Ops Project list and Benefits status updated Keep WIP/Tracking spreadsheet to ensure team is aware of status and activity owner for each recommendation initiative Work closely with Benefits Lead and Ops Lead to assist with operationalising approved benefit initiatives - this will include the writing /updating leave and benefit policies Assist Benefits Lead with coordinating regular meetings with DEI to develop /promote benefits to align with employee carer responsibilities, demographics, and wellbeing drivers. This will include review of DEI calendar of events to identify opportunities to launch or highlight new and enhanced benefit offerings. Set up quarterly meetings with ENG/BPs to understand drivers for next 12 months Assist Benefits Lead with revision of Benefit strategy (not static) Support the Benefits Lead with any administrative tasks associated with Supplier Governance process Key Skill Requirements: Superior knowledge and capability with all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Strong analytical skills and ability to think laterally Superior interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with stakeholders, broader HR/Ops/People teams and strong service orientation Ability to work with numerical data coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills Capable of working on multiple deliverables and projects Capacity to develop financial models and costing spreadsheets Ability to research and be resourceful Positive, proactive and "can do" attitude Good organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment Completion of tertiary qualifications in a HR related discipline Knowledge of HR Operations, Benefits or experience working in a junior HR related role, preferably with financial services, large corporate or professional services environment is desirable.
