About the Job
We are looking for a Benefits Administrator who will provide day to day implementation and administration of benefit programs in North America which may include open enrollment, cancellations, changes in salary, follow-ups for employees on leave of absence, and other critical employment services for our US and Canadian locations.

Review error reports from carrier connect files
Manage the 401K program
Be responsible for monthly benefit invoice reconciliations
Prepare national medical support notices
Assist with the annual open enrollment
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
As Benefits Administrator (North America), You Have...
A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field
Minimum 3 years experience in benefit administration in a employer setting
Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is an asset
Strong communication and customer service skills
Above average technical ability using MS Office and Google Suite products
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Superior attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills to complete work in a timely manner
