Read the logbook daily and take appropriate actions as deemed necessary.
Coordinate with the Front Office Team for any last-minute transportation and generates transportation report for the day and the next day.
Monitor airport transportation of the guests. Check the Flight Number and details of the guests and ensure that guest will be picked-up on time.
Has a thorough knowledge of the Concierge services, Airport Terminals, Flight Codes and Concierge reporting.
Welcomes and escort VIP and regular guests and assist luggage to the guest's rooms.
Ensure that guests concerns are being attended to and addressed on a timely manner.
Check VIP Levels for all arriving VIPs with Transportation requests
Requirements
Male
Not more than 40 years old
With experience is an advantage, fresh graduate can apply.
With pleasing personality
Good Communication Skills
With Driver's License

8hrs duty per day
