JOB DESCRIPTIONS*
-Schedule: Rotational (Morning/Mid-/Night Shift)
- 70% EMAIL 30% CALL
-Customer Experience Specialist
-Inbound Customer Service
Location
- willing to work/assign in Pasig/Mandaluyong/ Taguig
Qualification*
-Excellent Communication
-Inherent customer-centric personality
-Completed 2yrs in college with 6mos of BPO tenure. OR
-High school graduate with at least 2yrs of SOLID BPO tenure
SALARY & Benefits OFFER
-24k to 30k range + signing bonus (equivalent to your 1st monthly salary)
-Up to 30% Monthly performance-based Incentives
-HMO on Day One
-Group Life Insurance on Day One
-15 VLs with Carry-Over
- 15 SLs with Conversion
-25% Night Differential Rate
