This is an exciting opportunity with a leading sales organization to provide personal and efficient online advertising solutions to small and medium-sized businesses in diverse industries.
Our client is currently expanding our team of Leads Qualification Representatives (Funnel
Management Team) to join our growing project based in BGC. Grounded on Energy, Excellence, and Execution.
The Lead Qualification Representative's role is to generate and/or verify new opportunities through Cold
Calling, Social Media, Appointment-Setting and/or database verification towards our prospects in North America.
Qualifications and Candidate Background
- Deliver prepared sales pitch through scripts that describe Google products or services
Contact small- and medium-sized businesses by telephone/email in promoting sales
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from target leads
- Obtain client information such as name, address, and other critical data, and plug them into the SalesForce CRM
- Maintain records of names, addresses, emails, and remarks of prospects contacted
- Adjust scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific leads as needed
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective leads as needed
The Ideal Candidate
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound client/customer engagement campaigns
- High familiarity with Google products and services
- Knowledgeable in cloud-based services, social media, and/or similar marketing platforms
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong problem-solving skills including the ability to think on their feet when faced with challenging questions in the sales environment
- University degree in Business, Marketing, IT or relevant field (Preferred)
Location and Duration
The position will be based in BGC, Taguig City. We are interested in speaking with candidates who would like to take on a full time long term role with our company.
