Rate: $6/hr + Commissions and earn 60,000 PHP + Commissions/month
Schedule: 
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, and two 15-minute breaks
 
 
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 years of work experience
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and/or in a sales role
Experience working for a startup tech company (Silicon Valley)
Has sold to IT or Finance buyers
Consistently meets or exceeds sales quotas
Highly motivated and driven to succeed
Possesses a self-starter mentality
Aggressive, outgoing, friendly, and customer-centric
Tenacious and resilient personality
Exceptional fluency in English with a clear, American accent
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proficient in Salesforce, Apollo, or similar sales tools
Experience creating personalized messaging and outreach sequences
Proven track record of closing deals, including smaller transactions
Actively hunts for and closes their own sales opportunities
 
Responsibilities: 
Own and manage prospecting activities for a designated territory
Create and execute quarterly plans to achieve quotas
Conduct thorough prospect and account research
Collaborate with Inbound BDR peers on lead management
Perform outbound prospecting through multiple channels:
Social media messaging
Email campaigns
Cold calling
Build and maintain a strong network on LinkedIn
Work strategically with Account Executive(s) on outbound initiatives
Support marketing campaign follow-up efforts
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
