Job Title: Sales Assistant

Salary Range: $5/hour
We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team under the BBVA project. The BBVA Sales Assistant will be a vital member of the team, communicating with clients, handling administrative duties, and assisting the sales team with their daily tasks. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, proactive, and results-driven individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks, including preparing presentations, proposals, and reports
Respond to email and phone inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner
Provide support for the Sales Manager and other members of the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Conduct market research and gather data on potential clients and real estate trends
Coordinate with other departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to ensure timely delivery of services to clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities
Handle invoicing and billing for client accounts
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other commonly used office software
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the real estate industry and related terminology is a plus
