Job Description:
The Batch Solutions Analyst will further strengthen the Batch brand with process enhancements that drive incremental revenue, increase Client satisfaction and improve efficiency.
Basic Job Function:
The incumbent provides support on projects involving data analysis, data hygiene, and data summarization and reporting.
Accountabilities:
Work on straightforward products and builds. Process straight-forward jobs (ex: Tier one, single product, no workflow, no complex analysis)
Triage and process Batch Wizard requests
Expand Quality Assurance capabilities
Relaunch Defending The Base
Optimize process performance
Provide support to Batch Consultants on large, complex opportunities
Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats
Present useful business information using various data visualization techniques
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, finance, statistics or equivalent
2 years with preferred industry experience (Customer Service, Collections, Credit, Insurance, Market Research or Direct Marketing)
Strong customer service Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Knowledge of project management principles
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
Proficient in statistical programming, data analysis, statistical modelling and data extraction
With working knowledge in any Data Visualization or Dashboarding tool (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Knowledgeable in any statistical software environment (Python, R) is a plus
Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with internal and external clients (Follow-up/follow through)
Solid time management skills, strict adherence to timelines and attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently
