The HR Officer will be responsible for the management of staff in CARAGA and Bohol base. They will provide the key HR administrative support to the staff, lead the recruitment and onboarding procedure, monitor contract status, ensure performance appraisal and training completion, provide advice on the interpretation of Action Against Hunger policies, procedures and strategies, and maintain a proper archiving of files and documents.
Key activities in your role will include
Lead the Recruitment and Onboarding procedure for all staff in CARAGA and Bohol base; Staff Management and Personnel Administration ; Function as the Training Focal Point for all staff in CARAGA and Bohol Base; Maintain a Good Archiving System on all Staff Files; Function as Gender, Harassment and PSEA Focal Point for CARAGA and Bohol base.
Do you meet the profile required criteria?
Bachelor's degree preferably in HR or Business related field
Good administration skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Direct experience of organizing large scale recruitment
Strong IT skills, including MS Office Word and Excel
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to analyze problems and provide systematic solutions in line with established policies/procedures.
Ability to prioritize and deal with competing demands
2 years professional experience in HR and Administration, INGO experience desirable
Mobility: National (visit of other Bases and capital if required)
